## Prepaid funeral plans

Only a licensed mortician can sell a prearranged funeral. All money paid must be held in trust, with its interest, until the funeral is provided or both sides agree to end the contract and the money is refunded. Money for a grave space or crypt is not held in trust if you get title when you pay (MCA 37-19-827).
