Can I return a final expense policy in Texas?

No general free look period for individual life found in Texas law. If the policy replaces an existing one, you get 30 days (Tex. Ins. Code 1114.053). Texas OPIC says most companies give 10 to 20 days.

Guaranteed issue plans ask no health questions. They usually have a waiting period of about 2 years before the full benefit pays for a death from illness.
